What we do with what you send us.

When you use the contact form or book a time, we keep your name, how to reach you, and what you told us, so we can follow up. That information stays inside the agency and with the carriers we quote on your behalf. We don't sell it or hand it to advertisers.

Online booking runs on scheduling software we host ourselves. The booking form sends your name, email, and any notes to that software and to us. Nothing goes to a third-party calendar company.

This site doesn't use advertising trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request for the font file, and it uses a small session cookie so the contact form works.

Once you're a client, how we handle your personal and financial information is also governed by the Texas Insurance Code and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We'll give you our written privacy notice when you become a client.
